Nairobi Vicharan 2016 - Acharya Swamishree Maharaj's Ashirwad - 2nd Dec 2016

With reference to Vachanamrut Gadhada First Section, Acharya Swamishree explained, a disciple of God who has the prudence to distinguish between the truth and untruth is able to recognize his own faults. Through his own reasoning he is able to eliminate the faults from within himself. If he senses a fault in a sant or disciple, he eliminates those thoughts from within himself and acknowledges only their merits; furthermore, he never perceives any fault in the supreme Lord. He never doubts the commands and words spoken by the Lord and the sants. He further shed some light on good thoughts and the adverse ones, stating that thoughts that lead to a breach of Shreejimaharaj’s commands, should be regarded as being adverse thoughts and one should eliminate these; and good thoughts are those that inspire one to lose interest in worldly pleasure of five senses (Vishays); and lead one to austerity, renunciation, religious practices, devotion, meditation and worship of God.Finally he mentioned that each and every individual should have these three attributes, namely; patience (dhiraj), thought (vichar) and prudence (vivek).
