With the divine blessings of Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj, a 3 day festival will be held at Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Embleton - Perth to celebrate the Murti Pratishtha ceremony. The festival will commence on 15th April 2022. On Sunday 17th April, His Divine Holiness Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj will perform the sacred Divine Idol Installation Ceremony of Almighty Supreme Lord Shree Swaminarayan, Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree, and the Adya Acharya Pravar of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi, Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa. He will consecrate the Mandir according to the ancient Hindu rituals and will make it a sacred site of pilgrimage for all those who sincerely seek absolute salvation.
Murti Pratishtha Aarti & Parayan
The final day of the Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Embleton – Perth, Murti Pratishtha Mahotsav, the day for which everyone had anxiously been awaiting, Sunday 17 April 2022, had finally arrived. The of Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj to establish a Mandir in Australia was being fulfilled on this auspicious day. On this day, Lord Shree Swaminarayan, Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree, and Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa would accept everyone’s humble prayers and officially manifest at Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Perth.
At the start of the day’s proceedings, Acharya Swamiji Maharaj concluded the Vedic yagna ceremony and then performed the Murti Pratishtha ceremony.
Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa, Acharya Swamiji Maharaj, Sants and disciples then prayed to the Lord to manifest in His pratima-roop (idol form) in Perth Mandir. The Lord accepted their prayers, and from that moment on, Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa bestows His divine darshan and accepts the prayers of all those who come to the Perth Mandir, just as He does at His divine abode in Akshardham. Cheers and applause echoed from the crowd as Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa announced the Lord’s arrival to the magnificent Sinhasan. Acharya Swamiji Maharaj and Sants performed aarti to Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa in the Sinhasan. Subsequently, disciples from all around the world also took part in performing Aarti.
Acharya Swamijii Maharaj went to the roof of the Mandir, where the newly consecrated flags now flew high up on the Shikhars of the Mandir. Aarti was performed to the Lord and the flags, to mark the establishment of the Mandir.
In the meantime, Sants and disciples assembled a grand Annakut to offer to the Lord. The Annakut consisted of various Indian sweets and snacks prepared by Sants and disciples. When Acharya Swamiji Maharaj returned inside the Mandir, the Annakut had been assembled, so the Thaal was sung, and then Acharya Swamiji Maharaj performed the Annakut Aarti.
The conclusion of Shree Rahasyarth Pradipika Tika sah Vachanamrut scripture recitals were performed. Then, Acharya Swamiji Maharaj bestowed His divine blessings, in which He reiterated the wish of Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj for a Shikhar-bandh Mandir in Australia, and described how He encouraged disciples all around the world to support the establishment of this Mandir; and that it is due to His blessings that Perth Mandir has been established. Acharya Swamiji Maharaj encouraged disciples of Perth to worship routinely at the Mandir, and fulfil the purpose for which Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj had desired that the Mandir is established.
After the divine Ashirwad, the various teams involved with the Mandir construction and preparation of the Mahotsav were thanks and given the opportunity to take photographs with Acharya Swamiji Maharaj and gain His blessings.
With wonderful divine memories of the Mahotsav, disciples took prasad, and this concluded the 3 day Mahotsav to celebrate the establishment of the first Mandir of the divine Karan Satsang in the Australian continent.
