With the divine blessings of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and Acharaya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj, six eminent sants of the Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan arrived to the United States on June 21, 2016 for a North America vicharan.
Sants arrived safely at Newark Liberty International Airport and were welcomed by numerous disciples. Upon arrival to Shree Swaminarayan Temple – New Jersey, sants conducted daily aarti niyams, prayer, and katha. In addition, a swagat - welcoming ceremony was held to welcome the eminent sants to North America.
The team of eminent sants will continue their vicharan throughout the United States, spreading the glory of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and blessing temples and disciples’ homes throughout North America.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
