Acharya Swamishree and the sants arrived at Mumbai Temple on 29th January in the early hours, and after staying there for 1 day they reached Maninagar, Ahmedabad at around 7pm on the 30th January.
Concluding a two-month vicharan of East Africa, His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree departed Nairobi, Kenya on Wednesday 28th January 2009. Acharya Swamishree’s tour included visits to Mombasa, Uganda, Tanzania and Masai Mara as He fulfilled the spiritual wishes and prayers of all the disciples residing in East Africa.
Acharya Swamishree and the sants arrived at Mumbai Temple on 29th January in the early hours, and after staying there for 1 day they reached Maninagar, Ahmedabad at around 7pm on the 30th January. Hundreds of disciples had gathered in the Maninagar Temple courtyard to welcome Acharya Swamishree back, and to have His divine darshan. Upon entering the Temple, Acharya Swamishree immediately offered a flower garland to His beloved Ghanshyam Maharaj before performing aarti and evening niyams.
Following Shangar aarti the following morning, Acharya Swamishree inaugurated the invitation and dedicated website for the upcoming Murti Pratishtha Mahotsav, taking place in Surat from 12th to 15th February 2009. Click here to find out more about these celebrations.
Later that afternoon, Acharya Swamishree and a mandal of sants visited Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Smruti (memorial) Temple to perform darshan, before travelling to Dharampur for the anniversary celebrations of the Temple there.
