On 24 and 25 October 2009, a festival was held to celebrate the re-installation of the Murtis in the new Temple. Disciples from Gavada and surrounding villages, many now living in the USA, attended the 2 day festival.

With the divine blessings of Adya Acharya Pravar Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa, His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree installed a Tri-Murti of Lord Shree Swaminarayan, Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree and Jeevanpran Swamibapa at the home of a disciple in Gavada, Northern Gujarat in 1980. The villagers gathered at the home routinely to perform prayers and hold assemblies. As the numbers of people increased, a purpose built Temple has been built with the blessings and inspiration of Acharya Swamishree.

On 24 and 25 October 2009, a festival was held to celebrate the re-installation of the Murtis in the new Temple. Disciples from Gavada and surrounding villages, many now living in the USA, attended the 2 day festival.

On Saturday 24 October 2009, Acharya Swamishree performed the ceremony to move the Murti from the old Temple. The Murti was seated on a chariot and taken to the new Temple. A procession was held through the village and everyone was granted the divine darshan of the supreme Lord. Acharya Swamishree installed the Murti in the new Temple hall on Sunday 25 October 2009.

During the evening of Saturday 24th, a performance of devotional music was performed by Swamibapa’s devoted sants.
