Naath o maaraa, tamane jamaadi, saheje sukhadaa maanoo re, maaraa harivar ne hete jamaadoo

The ultimate mode through which to please the Lord is through our Bhakti, devotion unto the supreme Lord SwaminarayanBapa Swamibapa. This bhakti takes many different forms. And if our bhakti is sincere, the Lord will accept all, and fulfil our wishes. Indeed, one of the principle reasons for the Lord appearing upon this earth in a human form was for the fulfilment of the wishes of all His disciples.

Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree explains that the murti in the divine abode Akshardham, the murti that came upon this earth in Samvat 1837 and the murti that now gives darshan in our Mandirs is exactly the same. There is not an iota of difference between them. If our bhakti is sincere, the Lord that gives darshan today in the Mandirs, pratima, will accept our wishes and accept our offerings.

Such sincere bhakti, true ultimate bhakti is demonstrated by Swamibapa's sants in whatever they do. Everyday, the Lord is adorned with new divine garments and jewellery. Everyday, the Lord is offered a different variety of thaal, lovingly prepared by our Sants. And the Lord accepts all this bhakti. Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa has versed:

Nitya navaa shanghaar sajo cho
Bhakto naa bhaave roodaa thaal jamo cho
Parchaa pragat dayee kod poornaaraa
Jay Ghanshyam Jay Jay karnaaraa

In our kendrastaan Mandir at Maninagardham, the aarti ceremony is performed 5 times routinely in each day. At each aarti, the Lord is offered with thaal. But the principle thaal of the day is offered in the morning at approximately 10.00 (the time varies with the seasons). This is called Raajbhog, the ritual offering made to the Lord which is fit for a sovereign. After this thaal, the raagbhog aarti is performed.

On Sunday the 14th October, the Raajbhog thaal was an even more extraordinary event than usual. Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa has written a thaal,

Naath o maaraa, tamane jamaadi,
saheje sukhadaa maanoo re,
maaraa harivar ne hete jamaadoo

Every single item that is stated in this thaal was lovingly prepared by our Sants and offered by our beloved Acharya Swamishree to Lord Swaminarayan.

Such a vast offering of thaal according to this kirtan occurred only once before, in the presence of Jeevanpran Swamibapa.

After His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree performed the Raajbhog aarti, all the sants went to the sabha mandap, Shree Bhraham Mahol, where a special seating rrangement was prepared for each sant to sit. At each place setting, a rangoli setting had been created. And it was amongst this rangoli design that each sant was to sit and partake in the prasad.

Here, we too can enjoy the divine darshan of this exceptional event. And if our bhakti is sincere as well, we too will be able to taste the sweetness of this divine prasad.
