Varodara - Exhibition about Jeevanpran Swamibapa

To highlight the revolutionary work performed by Jeevanpran Swamibapa, a grand exhibition was held in Varodara from 17 to 21 May 2007. Originally, the exhibition was scheduled to end on 20 May, but there was considerable demand from the general public to keep it open for an extra day. The exhibition was held in Muktanand Ground, situated in Kareli Gardens, in the centre of Varodara. Gujarat State Minister Shree Jitendrabhai Sukhdiya performed the opening of the Exhibition.

Acharya Swamishree visited Varodara on 19 and 20 May, during which time, a cultural music and dance program was held and a grand procession took place through the main streets of Varodara. During this time, the Mayor of Varodara, Shree Sunilbhai Solanki came for the darshan of Acharya Swamishree and to see the exhibition.

Eminent dignitaries form the region and leaders of various other religious groups came for the darshan of Acharya Swamishree and to see the exhibition and performances.

During this time, a charitable initiative of mass administering the polio vaccine to children who could not have afforded this medicine was instigated. Acharya Swamishree Himself administered the medicine to quite a few fortunate baby boys. A free eye treatment camp was also held during which, prescription glasses were distributed free of charge to the needy. Simple eye conditions were also treated as part of this charitable project.

It was estimated that over 80,000 people visited the exhibition in Varodara.
