To celebrate 75 years of India’s Independence, Hindu Council of Kenya in conjunction with The High Commission of India organized a Sanskruti Mahotsav running from 25th June 2022 to 26th June 2022. The event was a celebration of Indian culture in Kenya for the ongoing Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Pipe Band Nairobi took part in this celebration and welcomed the guests and dignitaries as they took their entry into the celebration ground.
The Band then performed the National Anthems for both Kenya and India and thereafter, a grand march past the dignitaries who attended the function.
It was a joy for all, celebrating the Indian culture in Kenya.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
