It is also a day to discover how much control we have been able to achieve of our senses (indriyas and antah-karans) whilst performing religion, how much we have been able to contemplate on the Lord’s Murti, and to realize how much devotion we have attained for the Lord.

Katha-varta, dhyaan (meditation), reminiscence, adoration are dear to the Lord, therefore to become dear to Him one has to perform and offer these to the Lord at all times.

The divine Shree Swaminarayan Gadi is the home for attaining eternal salvation (atyaantik-kalyaan), to attain this one therefore has to have affection with having an understanding of the greatness for the Lord and His Muktas

There are two types of Satsang; Karya Satsang & Karan Satsang; in Karya Satsang balladromic people waft but have no idea of the Karan (reason). The Lord and His Muktas are the only Karans.

Whatever progress one makes in their life is all by the grace of the Lord. Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa says that a disciple who has the urge to please the Lord and His Muktas and persistently offers his services to the Lord never falls from the path of salvation. A soul’s salvation is attained through three types of propensities, which lead to immense bliss. They are;

1. Resolute conviction about the soul (Aatma-nishtha)
2. Chasteness (pativrata)
3. Servitude

Without these propensities, there is no way a soul can attain salvation. If any of those three is firm in an individual, he becomes fulfilled.

One has to perform all activities having contemplating the Lord at all times. The Lord is extremely pleased with a disciple who withstands all the suffering and as saying and still offers veneration with having an understanding of the Lord’s greatness.
