Acharya Swamishree Maharaj blessed all the devotees in His discourses for doing such a noble deed and said that, Serving others is the most sacred of deeds. It is the most essential laws of humanity. That is why in the Shikshapatri (A scripture of Lord Swaminarayan commandments), Lord Shree Swaminarayan has stated in verse 139;
“All my followers should serve, according to his capacity; the mother, father, preceptor and the diseased person till they are alive.”
I wish to say to all these beautiful young children, some of you don’t have the ability to see or hear, but you have intelligence, use that intelligence to succeed in life. Do not let your disabilities hinder you, because God is with you.”
“From darkness, lead us to light. From ignorance, lead us to knowledge. From intolerance, lead us to compassion. For all eternity, keep us with you.”
