Acharya Swamishree Maharaj's Ashirwad - 4th Dec 2016

Acharya Swamishree Maharaj, on 4th December 2016, blessed the disciples of Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan with his divine ashirvad.

Acharya Swamishree, in his ashirvad, explained why a true disciple should not have Anger and ego in their personality. He mentioned that if one intends to live a healthy life, he must, at all times avoid and conquer his anger and ego. For one to remain affixed to God and maintain a mental inclination towards God, his mind must be steady and for the mind to be steady, he has to let go of anger from his life. Acharya Swamishree went on to explain the consequences of anger, in that, when a resentful/temperamental person loses his temper, he is unaware of his actions and may end up crossing limits with; his guru/master, the congregation and even the lord himself. This Anger and ego also leads to one being at sin. Meditation while in anger leads to no bliss hence, for one to calm down and attain bliss he has to smile and remember the Lord.To maintain a steady mind, one must identify with their body and show intense love to the Sat-purush and the Lord.
If one prays to the Lord whole heartedly then the Lord will be there to protect you.
