Uganda Vicharan
HDH Acharya Swamishree Purushottampriyadasji Maharaj together with a team of highly talented sants visited Kampala, Uganda from 12th to 18th December 2015. While in Uganda, Acharya Swamishree held various religious discourses and blessed thousands of people. He blessed devotees' homes, factories and offices.
On Magsar Sud 4 (15/12/2015), Vachanamrut Jayanti was celebrated at Shree Hari Complex in Kampala. Hundreds of devotees took part in this historical event in the calendar of Swaminarayan sect. Acharya Swamishree visited Itanda Falls, along River Nile, where He performed panchamrut snaan to Shree Harikrishna Maharaj at the base of the falls.
Apart from the devotees, hundreds of needy children and local communities benefitted from His Holiness's visit to Uganda. All those who come in His association attain spiritual bliss in one or another form. After accomplishing His mission of imparting spiritual strength to all, Acharya Swamishree returned to Nairobi on 18th December 2015.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
