Bhakti Suranjali Nite

Sants and devotees performed at Bhakti Suranjali Nite on Tuesday, 23rd December 2014. The programme was announced at a very short notice, there was only one day for preparation, however, the performance on the night was amazing! No wonder as the inspiratory was none other than Acharya Swamishree. Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa’s highly talented sants took the opportunity to please The Lord with their loving devotion in the form of kirtan bhakti. Students of Swamibapa Sangeet Academy too showed their devotion.

The night began with the chanting of the Holy Mahamantra "Om Shree Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa Bhagwatey Namah!" Two young devotees then pleased Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa with their extraordinary talent. They played aarti "Jay Sadguru Swami" and a kirtan on their Violin and Cello amid thunderous applaud from the audience.

Sants and devotees sang specially selected kirtans which perfectly suited the occasion. To make the event livelier, the MC for the night entertained the audience with little jokes after each kirtan. The instruments on the night included keyboard, table, dholak, violin, cello and octopad- each being played by highly talented individual. Everyone dispersed with a packet of prasad and melodious tunes vibrating in their mind.
