On Saturday 30th November 2013 a grand procession was held after Mangla aarti and niyams. The grand procession was held; in the memory of Gurudev Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa and the completion of 65 years since Muktajeevan Swamibapa set foot on the African soil, Acharya Swamishree's 25th visit to Mombasa, Kenya celebrating its 50th Independence day and prayers for peace for the victims who lost their lives in the Westgate attack.
In the procession Acharya Swamishree was seated on a beautifully decorated chariot. The procession was accompanied by Santos, H.H Swamibapa Pipeband, dancing girls from Nairobi and various other devotees. The procession began from Wason(travellers beach hotel) and ended at Sai Rock Hotel which is owned bySalim Moloo.
At Sai Rock Hotel very many guests were present. There the program began with prayers for victims of Westgate attack. The prayers were held by various spiritual leaders which was wonderful followed by Kenyan National Anthem. Later on a short video of the Westgate attack was showed to all. Master of ceremony, Honourable guests and various faith leaders gave speech to the audience. Thereafter, Acharya Swamishree gave His divine ashirwad followed by delicious lunch.
