Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Blood Donation Camp 2014
Shree Swaminarayan Siddhant Sajivan Mandal - Nairobi, in conjunction with the Kenya National Blood Transfusion Services, inspired by HDH Acharya Swamishree held a blood donation camp on the 21st of December 2014.
By the divine mercy and blessings of Supreme Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and the inspiration of His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree Maharaj, the pints collected during the camp were 205. The donations were commenced by the blessings of HDH Acharya Swamishree. Sants and devotees voluntarily donated blood. The camp was not just for community members, but it was open to all. People from other communities also volunteered their services and donated blood. The activity was professionally and systematically carried out by highly qualified doctors from the Kenya National Blood Transfusion Services and volunteers from the mandal. The turnout for this activity was more than expected; 205 pints of blood was collected in total.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
