Shree Sadguru Din Celebrations
Each Sadguru Din comprises of dhyaan, dhoon, kathaa vaartaa and kirtan bhakti sessions. Sadguru Shree Ishwarcharandasji Swamibapa and Jeevanpran Shree Abji Bapashree were particularly fond of these modes of worship and so it is these that are given a prominence on Sadguru Din.
Kartak Vad Amaas, 5thDecember 2010 was celebrated in Nairobi with great zeal and pomp. Hundreds of devotees gathered to celebrate this monthly occasion. The celebrations started with kirtan bhakti and was followed by kathaa vaarta, dhyaan, Acharya Swamishree’s divine ashirvad and concluded with samuh raas. In His Divine ashirvad, Acharya Swamishree explained the importance of Sadguru Din, why we celebrate it and what one must do on this day.
Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Sangeet Academy gave live music during samuh raas. Acharya Swamishree sat on the gadi at the cente as devotees performed samuh raas around Him. The grand finale ended with ‘sanedo’(traditional Indian dance). Mahaprasad was served to all present for the celebrations.
