The evening sabha on Friday 25th August 2023 began with Acharya Swamiji Maharaj performing Sandhya Aarti to the Lord. Thereafter, there was a Gadi Granth Parayan Purnahuti. Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and Shree Harikrishna Maharaj were beautifully adorned in yellow and blue vagha draped with a velvet purple shawl.
A swagat with dhol players led Gnan Mahodadhi Acharya Swamiji Maharaj into Purushottam Mahal where Swamiji Maharaj took His place on a gold and purple chariot.
The samuh raas performance unfolded, featuring a multitude of Sants and disciples skillfully playing an array of instruments, accompanied by a rendition of kirtans. Bapa graciously bestowed His Divine Darshan upon all the musicians present, along with the countless individuals who joyfully danced in His presence.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
