The Mandir’s annual Open Day took place on Christmas Day and was another resounding success. Giant inflatables and ball pits kept the youngest entertained, while the finals of the Pool, Table Tennis and Darts tournaments kept the rest of the attendees captivated. Young and old alike enjoyed lunch together during this final major event of the year at the Mandir. The day ended with the eagerly awaited raffle prize draw and trophy ceremonies for the winners of the various tournaments.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
