After a memorable 25 days of giving divine bliss to disciples residing in London and Bolton, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj departed for India on the morning of the 4th September 2016.
Early on Sunday morning, Acharya Swamishree performed Mangla Aarti to the Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa at Kingsbury Mandir for the last time on this London Vicharan. Thereafter, He granted darshan to the hundreds of disciples that attended the farewell bid.
Acharya Swamishree Maharaj set off for the long flight back to Maninagar to preside over the continuing preparation for the Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Smruti Mandir Rajat Mahotsav, the grand festival in Ghodasar, Ahmedabad celebrating 25 years of the magnificent memorial Mandir created by Him to commemorate the life and teachings of our beloved Gurudev Jeevanpran Swamibapa. A festival which many from the UK and across the world will be attending later this month.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
