In celebration of Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Shatabdi, the centenary celebrations of our founder, Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa, Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, Shree Swaminarayan Temple, Golders Green, London are hosting a special culture event at Trafalgar Square during the evening of 24 August 2007, between 5 and 9.30 pm. The event will take place in the presence of Acharya Swamishree Purushottampriyadasji Maharaj, spiritual leader of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, the worldwide centre for spiritual, cultural and social welfare.
The event will consist of devotional and Indian patriotic dances, song, and music. It will also comprise of multifaith prayers for peace upon the earth.
Around the main stage, there will be exhibitions and interactive stalls, where people can learn about our sublime Indian culture. In addition, there will be performances by Shree Muktajeevan Pipe Band. There will be a unique fusion of Pipe Music, combined with Indian bhangra dhol and tabla beats.

Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
