On Sunday 28th August 2011, the 11th patotsav of Shree Swaminarayan Temple London was celebrated in the presence of Acharya Swamishree. In celebration of the event, a magnificent 4-day festival was held from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th August 2011.

On the 1st day, Thursday 25th August, of the celebrations a Bhakti Sangeet night was held in which disciples, young and old, performed kirtans backed by the musicians of Shree Mukatjeevan Arts and Cultural Academy.

On Friday 26th August a special raas was held in celebrations of the patotsav. Hundreds of disciples played raas to please Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa.

The festivities culminated with the patotsav ceremony on Sunday 28th August. Acharya Swamishree commenced the ceremony at 8am. After the ceremony disciples had the opportunity to perform aarti on this special day. After Acharya Swamishree's divine ashirwad everyone was served prasad lunch.
