Bhakti Sangeet in London


In the divine presence, and with the blessings of Acharya Swamishree, Shree Muktajeevan Arts and Culture Academy presented an evening of devotional dance and music on Tuesday 12th September 2006. Students of the Academy performed a host of kirtans (devotional songs) and dances to please the supreme Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and Acharya Swamishree. Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa’s hugely talented sants also took the opportunity to demonstrate their loving devotion for the Lord in the form of kirtan bhakti.

CB Patel (Editor and Publisher of the Gujarat Samachar publication) and Jyotsnaben Shah (Managing editor of Gujarat Samachar) came for the divine darshan of Acharya Swamishree on this auspicious occasion. Both guests expressed their great joy at seeing the immense talents of the students of the Academy. Mr Patel was honoured by Acharya Swamishree with a prasanta pagh (auspicious turban) and a Murti of Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Smurti Mandir; Mrs Shah received a prasanta shawl and the Murti of Smurti Mandir.
