Terms and conditions
Passes are issued subject to “SSSSM LONDON” regulations, also known as the Promoter.
Acceptance of a pass from the Promoter signifies agreement to the following:
- All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- The venue management and the Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion, conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- A valid pass must be produced on entry. A single pass is valid for one admission only. No duplicate pass will be issued for lost or damaged passes.
- If you experience problems in the venue, please contact a steward so that the issue can be resolved prior to, or during the event.
- Neither the Promoter nor the venue management shall be responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought into the venue, which is strictly the responsibility of the owner.
- Unauthorised photography, video, audio recording, broadcasting or transmission of the event, the performers and/or the performance in the course of business, for professional purposes or financial gain is strictly forbidden. Professional audio and imaging equipment are prohibited inside all performance areas. All types and sizes of cameras with interchangeable lens capability are prohibited. Laptop / portable computers and digital / IT tablets (such as ipads / Galaxy, Playbooks, Nexus, etc), with or without imaging and recording facilities and of any size are prohibited. All types of video cameras are prohibited. Tripods and other similar items are prohibited.
- Any item or equipment, whether listed as prohibited or not, that the Promoter suspects is being used in the course of business, for professional purposes or financial gain, without written proof of valid authority, will be confiscated, at the owner’s own risk and without onus of safekeeping or liability to the Promoter. It is not the Promoter’s responsibility to safeguard any confiscated items including professional camera equipment, image and audio equipment, against damage or loss. SO DON’T BRING ANY!!
- Pass holders consent to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded as an audience without payment, and to their image being used by the Promoter in all matters relating to the event and any future promotions.
- Please be warned that repeated and prolonged exposure to amplified sound may cause permanent hearing damage.
- No alcohol or non-vegetarian food is permitted to be brought into the venue. No glass containers or cans will be allowed on to the site. Water in plastic bottles will be allowed into the venue.
- The following articles must not be brought into the venue: barbecues, fireworks, knives, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles or glass vessels, cans, poles or any article that might be used as a weapon or that may compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry into or ejected from the event site.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission, void pass and / or eject, without giving reasons, any person/s who refuse a security (person and/or belongings) search, fails to produce proof of identity or age, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in the Promoter’s opinion, may provoke a breach of the peace, jeopardize the safety and/or enjoyment of others, or damage the fame and reputation of the event or the Promoter.
- The times shown on the pass are approximate only and the Promoter advises the pass holder to arrive well in advance of the times shown in order to avoid disappointment arising from any change(s) to the times scheduled.
- The Promoter reserves the right to make alterations to the published event schedule or programme without prior notice.
- No animals are allowed at this event.
- The scheduled event may proceed in inclement weather. Pass holders are advised to make their own, appropriate arrangements to protect themselves against the weather conditions. Should inclement weather prevail, pass holders are advised to consider sourcing and bringing / using foldaway, hooded, waterproof clothing.
- Umbrellas / parasols MUST NOT be brought into the performance areas under any circumstances and will be confiscated, at the point of entry, without onus of safe keeping or liability to the Promoter. The reason they are not allowed is simply because they block the view of other members of the audience who have also come to see the show.
- All pass holders have an equal right to expect an unrestricted view of the event. The person with the blocked view could easily be you. So be considerate to others and don’t bring an umbrella. Plan ahead and be prepared, pack a foldaway, hooded waterproof instead.
- It is not the Promoter’s responsibility to safeguard any confiscated items, including umbrellas or parasols, against damage or loss. SO DON’T BRING ANY!!
- Whatever time is / was spent during ingress or egress is not grounds for complaint. The Promoter will not respond to, nor enter into any correspondence regarding time taken to enter or leave the event or vicinity of the event.
- The Promoter reserves the rights to cancel, postpone or abandon the event because of circumstances beyond their control and without any recourse whatsoever.
