On Saturday 6th February 2010 in Bolton town centre, Bolton Interfaith Council organised a fund raising event to support the people of Haiti following the earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12th 2010.

The Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Pipe Band volunteered their time to entertain the public in the town centre. A total of £2847.98 was raised for the British Red Cross Haiti Appeal.
