“In the divine abode of the Lord, there exist no distinctions of women and men; we are all the children of God. The individual who leads his life in accordance with the ideals prescribed by the Lord; and lives a life that is based around morality and decency, attains unsurpassed greatness in this life and thereafter; irrespective of whether that person is a man or a woman.” - Acharya Swamishree, 15 October 2005 - Bhuj

As a further facet of Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Centenary Celebrations, His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree has undertaken a project to establish an Arts and Commerce College (University) for Ladies in Bhuj.

The God-fearing people of Kutch are reluctant to allow their daughters to go far from home to continue their education. They are afraid of the possible bad influences of immoral ways. Consequently, women lose the opportunity of further education. In order to provide for this vital need, Acharya Swamishree established a new Ladies College in Bhuj – Kutch in May 2005. Then, two floors of an existing building were renovated to provide learning facilities for 350 young ladies. At the same time, Acharya Swamishree conveyed His wish to create a new, purpose built complex for the college.

On 15th October 2005, in the presence of leading local officials, the teachers and students of the college, and the people of Bhuj, Acharya Swamishree performed the ground breaking ceremony at the new College Complex site and unveiled a plaque to commemorate this event.
