His Holiness Swami Ramdevji Maharaj came for the blessings of His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree in Bolton, UK on 28th July 2006.

Swami Ramdevji is a world-renowned practitioner of Yoga and Pranayam (advanced controlled breathing techniques), and through seminars and workshops, he promotes the recovery and preventative health benefits gained from these practises. He has dedicated his life to promoting these techniques since he recovered from a paralytic knee condition and a slipped-disc through the use of similar courses of exercise. An estimated fifteen million people have attended his workshops and his seminars are telecast to over a 150 countries.

At the tender age of 11, Lord Shree Swaminarayan, in the guise of  Shree Nilkanth Varni, embarked on a forest expedition, during which time He not only mastered all the Yogic practises, but taught these to apparent masters of Yoga of that time, who in turn acknowledged the Lord as being the true, austere master of all Yogic prowesses. Whilst on his first tour of the UK, Swami Ramdevji knew that the true spiritual heir of Lord Shree Swaminarayan, Acharya Swamishree, was residing in the UK, and humbly prayed to Him for His blessings. Acharya Swamishree invited him to the Bolton Temple, where He honoured and blessed Swami Ramdevji so that the rest of his tour of the UK and future endeavours are successful.
