Salty & Sweet Popcorn

Salt Popcorn 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 3oz/100grams popcorn seeds 1teaspoon salt
Sweet Popcorn 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 3oz/100grams popcorn seeds 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 Large saucepans 2 tablespoons 1 tray
METHOD FOR SALTY POPCORN
1.1 Put oil in a large saucepan and heat on a high setting on the cooker hob.
1.2 Add the popcorn seeds to the oil once it is hot.
1.3 To that add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir.
1.4 Once the seeds start popping cover the saucepan and rotate the pan over heat.
1.5 When the popcorn has stopped popping uncover the lid and remove onto a tray.
METHOD FOR SWEET POPCORN
2.1 Repeat steps 1 and 2 as shown above.
2.2 Add sugar to the oil and stir continuously till the seeds start to pop so that the sugar doesn’t become lumpy.
2.3 Repeat steps 4 and 5 as shown above.
