Some of the devotional songs describe the divine Murti of Lord Shree Swaminarayan, and are recited whilst meditating on the Lord's Murti.

Kirtan

Shreeji Sange Khub Faryo Hoo

Joban Pagi was a dacoit who became reformed by the love of God. He then travelled with the Lord wherever He went. On one occasion, Joban Pagi took a twig and presented it to the Lord for cleaning His teeth. Shree Hari asked if he had taken permission from the owner before taking the twig. Joban Pagi had not. The remorse of the disciple, because he had broken a command of the Lord, is described in this kirtan.
