Synopsis

The scripture, Shree Swaminarayan Gadi, contains a narrative describing the supreme heritage of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi - the divine, spiritual office of Lord Shree Swaminarayan. It is a historical treatise of the Swaminarayan Faith, and describes the deeds performed by Lord Shree Swaminarayan and His spiritual descendants, through which, one is able to gain an understanding of the supreme philosophy and teachings of Lord Shree Swaminarayan.

Chapter 7 - Forest Expedition

Enlightenment of Bhaktimata and Dharmadev.  Ghanshyam Maharaj takes Bhaktimata and Dharmadev to his divine abode - Akshardham. Ghanshyam Maharaj embarks on a seven year journey of 12,000 kilometers on foot through all four corners of India. Ghanshyam Maharaj assumes the name Nilkanth Varni during Van-vicharan (forest expedition) and gives divine darshan to Gopal Yogi. During the journey Nirakanth Varni bestows salvation to devotees and destruction of demons.
