Starting off at Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Tower, hundreds lined the streets to obtain the divine darshan of Acharya Swamiji Maharaj and Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa.

The Global Pipe Bands - from Maninagar (India), London (UK), Bolton (UK), Nairobi (Kenya) and USA - saluted Lord Shree Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa before beginning the short trip to Maninagar Mandir.

It was truly marvellous to hear 210 members playing in unity as they lead the Mahotsav's first Swagat Yatra.

Sants and haribhaktos followed, with parayan members pulling a glorious golden chariot which shone brightly in the morning sun.

The Pothi Yatra entered the sabha mandap with pomp and flare to the delight of thousands of devotees, all eager to experience this divine darshan.

The Pipe Bands formed a guard of honour as Acharya Swamiji Maharaj made His way through the centre of the Sabha Mandap and onto the centre stage.

Acharya Swamiji Maharaj takes His place amidst the truly remarkable Sinhasan that has been created by His beloved Sants and haribhaktos.
