The spring season festival of Fuldolotsav was celebrated on Friday 18 March 2022 in Kutch. The Fuldolotsav festival is referred to as the Festival of Flowers; because the fragrant flowers would be blooming from then onwards. This auspicious day is also when Gurudev Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa gave initiation to Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj. This year marked the 60th anniversary of that initiation (Diksha) ceremony.

In celebration, the disciples of Kutch, together with Sants, presented a concert of devotional songs during the evening of Thursday 17 March 2022, in the vast grounds of Acharya Swamishree Maharaj Smruti Van.

The next morning, poojan was performed to Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj to mark His 60th Diksha Jayanti. Sants and disciples sang devotional songs for this Spring season. Coloured powder was consecrated and then Acharya Swamiji Maharaj sprinkled the powder over all the Sants and disciples. This is symbolic of how we should replace our own worldly inclinations with the divinity of the Lord's colour.

During the afternoon, disciples returned to the Smruti Van, to celebrate the Fuldolotsav festival in the presence of Acharya Swamiji Maharaj. In celebration of Acharya Swamiji Maharaj’s arrival, the disciples held a Marathi style of procession from the gates to the stage.

Acharya Swamiji Maharaj performed panchamrut snan, the ceremonial bathing ceremony to Shree Harikrishna Maharaj. Sants and disciples then showered the Lord and Acharya Swamiji Maharaj with coloured water and powder paint. This consecrated water was then sprayed over all the disciples.

On Sunday 20 March, Acharya Swamiji Maharaj and Sants visited the village of Mandvi, where the disciples of Kutch held a Shibir on the beach. Acharya Swamiji Maharaj also visited the historical Vijay Villas Palace in the village. On His return to Bhuj, Acharya Swamiji Maharaj passed through the Smruti Van, where He planted Chandan (sandalwood) trees in remembrance of our beloved Ved Ratna Acharya Swamishree Maharaj.
