In response to the pain and distress caused by the COVID-19 related social distancing and lockdown measures throughout India, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj has inspired Sants and disciples living in the various different regions to make and distribute fresh food, cooked food and ingredients to those who need it the most.
Management of the food distribution is being controlled by the Sants themselves to ensure the donations reach the families who need this support the most.
On behalf of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, financial donations have also been made to the government's COVID-19 response project.
