Five years have passed since the new Mandir was opened. In celebration, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj visited the village and performed the patotsav ceremony of the supreme Lord on Thursday 29 March 2018.
In 2013, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj performed the Murti Pratishtha ceremony of a new temple in the village of Aral, in the Panchmahal region of Gujarat. Although the disciples of this region are extremely poor, their devotion and dedication to the Faith is unsurpassed.
Five years have passed since the new Mandir was opened. In celebration, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj visited the village and performed the patotsav ceremony of the supreme Lord on Thursday 29 March 2018.
In his divine blessings, Acharya Swamishree Maharaj retold some of the occasions when Gurudev Jeevanpran Swamibapa visited the village to remove the people from the misery of their blind faith and superstition. Those poor villagers were given a new life due to the blessings bestowed by Gurudev Jeevanpran Swamibapa. And furthermore, the love they had for Swamibapa remains alive today, and this was evident from the countless people who had gathered for Acharya Swamishree Maharaj’s darshan and blessings on this auspicious occasion.
Acharya Shree Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamiji Maharaj is the current spiritual leader of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. He is the heir to Acharya Shree Purushottampriyadasji Swamishree Maharaj, and sixth in the lineage of ascetic Acharyas, which descends directly from Lord Shree Swaminarayan.
