Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan’s Commitment to Helping the Poor. On Saturday 17 March 2018, the Sants living in Varodara Mandir held an event during which sewing machines were donated to poor widows living in the region.
Providing food to those in need will feed them for a day. But providing the means to make a living and buy their food will give them the opportunity to feed them and their families for their entire life. Not only are they given the equipment, they are also taught how to use them through special classes organised by the Organisation. This is the kinds of charitable donations that Acharya Swamishree Maharaj remains committed to provide under the auspices of Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan.
