Religious Drama

By 7.00pm, everyone had taken their seats in H H Swamibapa Hall to watch the religious drama entitled “Valido Vahre Dhayo” and the dances. The programme started off with a prathna dance “Janam Sudharyo Re Ho Maro” by young devotees. The theme of the drama was the intervention in the movement of the solar system by Sadguru Shree Gopalanand Swamibapa to evade a lunar eclipse and thus protect His staunch devotee who had placed a bet with his friends to be beheaded if a lunar eclipse occurred during the forthcoming full moon (poonam) night. Sadguru Shree Gopalanand Swamibapa warned him not to place such bets in future. The devotee realized his mistake and asked for forgiveness.

After the drama, young devotees performed a spectacular and unforgettable Antakshari Dance. The final event of the night was the Muktajeevan Swamibapa Shatabdi dance “Jay Jay Swamibapa, Oh Jay Jay Swamibapa”.
