On the 6th of November, His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree formally inaugurated the new authentic Scottish uniform of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Pipe Band. The members of the band proudly marched into the temple dressed in their tartan kilts, tunics, plaid, sporrans and Glengarry hats, and saluted Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and Acharya Swamishree.

The band had been practising long and hard for this first performance in their Scottish regalia. With the blessings of Acharya Swamishree the performance was a great success; with the band playing their repertoire of Scottish pipe music, Indian melodies, bhajans, and original tunes composed by band members.

Acharya Swamishree blessed each member of the band and told them to continue pleasing Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa with their hard work and efforts; and that with the blessings of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa they were making Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Pipe Band a successful and renown outfit.
