New Murtis
The sants at Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Maninagar have produced a new set of Murtis for disciples to purchase and install in their own homes.

Religious Drama 2010
On 17th January 2010, santo and devotees performed a spectacular religious drama in H H Swamibapa Hall. The programme started with a prayer and prathna nrutya. Devotees performed a classical Indian dance on the words of 'Swamibapa oh! mere, mene pooja he tujeh harghadi'.

Makar Sankranti 2010
On 14th January 2010, Makar Sankranti was celebrated in Nairobi Temple in the presence of HDH Acharya Swamishree Purushottampriyadasji Maharaj, sants and a large number of devotees. Everyone had a feeling of anticipation, joy and jubilation. Scripture recital of the 'Shree Abji Bapashree Ni Vato' was held on this auspicious day. At the end of the scripture recital, devotees presented gifts to Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa. HDH Acharya Swamishree purushottampriyadasji Maharaj blessed the congregation with His Divine ashirvad.

Education Achievement Awards 2010
On 12th January 2010, students of Swamibapa Education Centre performed a short play entitled 'Traan Putdiyo no Sidhhant'. The programme commenced with a prayer 'Maat Tame Chho Prabhuji Amara' sung by the young devotees.

Maasai Mara Vicharan 2010
On 8th January 2010, Acharya Swamishree visited the Maasai Mara National Park. Over 200 devotees accompanied Acharya Swamishree to the Park. Some travelled by road while others took a flight. Due to the rainy season, some patches of the road were muddy and vehicles had to be pushed out of the mud. This made the journey more memorable. In the evening a Bhakti Sangeet Nite was arranged by sants and devotees. Tourists residing at the hotel also enjoyed this extravaganza.

Arusha Vicharan - January 2010
On 2nd January 2010,HDH Acharya Swamishree Purushottampriyadasji Maharaj, sants and a large number of devotees departed from Nairobi for a 5 days tour to Arusha, Tanzania. In the evening HDH Acharya swamishree held scripture recitals of Shree Abji Bapashree Ni Vato in Arusha temple and blessed the devotees with Divine blessings.On 3rd and 5th January 2010, He performed padharamani to the homes and offices of devotees residing in Arusha.

35th Swamibapa Sports Anniversary
Cricket started as a leisure sport in Nairobi among the devotees, but ever since Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa blessed them with the name 'Swamibapa Cricket Team' in 1974, it is played at a very competitive level. 35 years later the sporting activities have diversified. The youth have engaged themselves in Football, Volleyball, Netball, Table Tennis, Badminton and Darts.

57th Patotsav Celebrations, 9th Anniversary New Temple - Parklands
HDH Acharya Swamishree performed the Patotsav vidhi of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa on 26th December 2009 and offered an array of sweets in the form of ankoot. HDH Acharya Swamishree cut the 57th Birthday cake and offered to Lord Swaminarayan.

Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Granth Parayan
The parayan commenced on 24th December 2009 with the recital of the Holy Scripture 'Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Granth'. Acharya Swamishree initiated the scripture recital of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Granth. Sants read the Holy Scripture and elaborated on the contents of each of the episodes.
