On Friday September 1st 2006, eminent sants and the disciples of Shree Swaminarayan Temple New Jersey celebrated Jeevanpran Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa’s Punyatithi. After daily Sandhya Aarti niyams, sants and disciples performed kirtan-bhakti, which was followed by dhyaan (meditation) and katha. Sants and disciples then performed poojan and panchanmrut-snan (ceremonial bathing with the five nectars) to Jeevanpran Swamibapa and offered aarti to Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa. Afterwards, maha-prasad was served to all who were present.
